Design & Forge
Each blade profile is meticulously designed before being hand-forged from high-grade steel. This initial shaping sets the foundation for its unique character, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and inherent strength.

Grind & Heat Treat
The raw form is then ground to its precise geometry, a critical step for balance and function. This is followed by a carefully controlled heat treatment process, essential for achieving optimal hardness and edge retention.

Finish & Sharpen
Finishing involves careful hand-sanding and polishing, removing any imperfections and bringing out the steel's natural luster. This culminates in a razor-sharp edge, with every detail refined for ultimate performance and aesthetics.

Pack & Ship
Once perfected, each blade is securely packaged to protect its integrity during transit. Often paired with our signature snacks, it's ready for its journey from our workbench to your hands, a direct-from-studio experience.
